Has Your Heart Been Broken By A Cheating Spouse?

I recently started a newsletter called, “The Real Truth About Men from A Guy Who Understands Women.” I realized after writing my first letter,

Why Do Men Cheat?

I wanted a little more information on what you believed.

  • I wanted to better understand what you feel the reasons of infidelity were.
  • I wanted to gather your opinions and tally results about how many men and women have been unfaithful in their relationships.
  • I wanted to know how many of my readers consider themselves or others “two-timers.
  • I wanted to know how you all really feel about adultery.

This page is given as a link from my newsletter for my private members to take but you are also welcome to add your opinions by contributing to my “Infidelity Survey.”

(CLICK HERE FOR THE CURRENT RESULTS I will update this page with all your answers.)

I found this site, Cheaterville while doing a little research on this subject. I was looking for real answers or real numbers on this subject.

I felt I had to add my opinion on it because it made me think about our ability to attract and how contributing to a web site like this diminishes our ability to grow. I’m sure if you’ve been cheated on revenge may cross your mind. Who wouldn’t. It hurts when we find a partner and put our trust in them, commit to the relationship, only to have them end up sleeping with someone else.

But I’m here to say “relationship revenge” is energy better wasted no matter how hurt you feel. Getting back at your ex is a waste of your valuable emotions which are better suited to recovering and moving on.

I’m not here to offer what you can do to get over it quickly. I’m not writing this to offer more than “talking it out with a subjective friend.” and getting off your chest completely. I can say the quicker you move from disappointment, anger, frustration, depression, vulnerability, to recovery will be dependent on your self-esteem and inner strength. How quickly you progress depends on the situation and the relationships surrounding the affair.

But getting revenge will without a doubt slow your progress down and diminish your journey to become a more attractive person.

As in the words of the vocabulary king, Dennis Miller,

“But that’s my opinion, I could be wrong.”

Scratch that. You know and I know I’m right. Cheating sucks but it does happen.

…And when you opt for revenge and justify your actions by “warning others” you’re only cheating yourself from learning and objectifying a terrible situation.
